2020 marks the 5th year Sidney & Cj have come to me for photos. After all these years, I'm so excited to say that this session finally celebrated their ENGAGEMENT! After almost six and a half years together, these two are getting married this December and I couldn't be more excited for them!
We typically take their yearly photos in December so it was SO nice to be able to get out & shoot in the summer this year! We met up at one of my favorite hidden gems I found while exploring a few months ago and I am in LOVE with how these photos turned out. Sidney & Cj are always up for laughing and having fun and it absolutely shows in these photos. I love working with people who don't look at me like I'm crazy for encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone & act a little silly during their session :)
I love the warm and relaxed feeling these photos give off and I'm so glad that Sidney & Cj were up for a bit of hiking & climbing to get down to this rocky beach area. These two are already off to a great start for wedding planning (a donut wall?!?) and I'm so excited to see it all come together. Most of the weddings that I book are in peak season (April-October . . .well, when we don't have to plan around COVID-19!) but after getting married in January of this year, winter weddings have such a special place in my heart!!
Sidney & Cj, thank you SO much for not only trusting me to capture your upcoming wedding day, but also for trusting me to capture all of these memories throughout the past five years!! It has been incredible to watch your relationship grow and to document so many exciting moments for you along the way. You all are the BEST and I can't wait to watch as you become husband and wife in just a few short months!
