I was lucky enough to start this month off by capturing Morgan & Cj’s wedding day and I am SO excited to share a few of my favorite photos from their big day with you!
I started my morning off by meeting Morgan & her girls at her house to capture the final moments of them getting ready. I always think that it’s so sweet to get ready for such a special day at home, and Morgan & Cj’s house was PERFECT for photos! What a dream! After hair and makeup, Morgan got into her dress and read a sweet note from Cj. But before you see any of those photos, you need to take a moment to appreciate these GORGEOUS details! Morgan really put so much time and effort into the little touches and it went so far throughout the day! So so so perfect!
While I was with Morgan and the girls, my awesome second shooter, Akayla, was with Cj & his groomsmen. It looks like they spent the morning opening gifts and getting ready before taking a few group photos and heading over to meet us at Morgan & Cj’s house!
Once Cj arrived, it was time for his first look with Morgan. This was the absolute sweetest moment and he had the BEST reaction to seeing his soon-to-be wife for the first time! Since we had their first look right in their backyard, we were able to bring their pups, Rhett & Nelli, out for photos, too! I absolutely love it when couples incorporate their fur babies into their wedding photos!
After finishing up with photos in the backyard, we headed to the venue! I’ve been SO lucky this fall season to be able to photograph so many wedding days at so many new venues and The View Event Center in Williamstown, Kentucky was a new venue for me! We took bridal party portraits (this bridal party was SO much fun!!) before taking couples portraits of Morgan & Cj and it was awesome to be able to explore new photo spots around the venue!
