Maria + Christopher: Soli-Tree Farms Wedding Day // Augusta, Kentucky
I am SO excited to finally be able to share photos from Maria & Christopher’s wedding day last month! They had an absolutely beautiful day at Soli-Tree Farms and I love how their photos turned out! Before we jump in, let’s start with all of these DETAILS! When I walked into Soli-Tree Farms the first thing I saw was Maria’s gorgeous dress hanging up in the middle of this reception space, what a dream! This venue is absolutely gorgeous and all of Maria’s details photographed beautifully!
When I arrived at Soli-Tree Farm, Maria and her bridesmaids were in the bridal suite finishing up with hair & makeup. We captured the final getting ready moments before Maria got into her dress and had the sweetest first look with her dad!
While I was up in the main venue area, Chris & his groomsmen were down in one of the cabins at Soli-Tree Farm hanging out and getting ready as well. My awesome second shooter, Akayla, spent her morning with them and it looks like they had the best time!
Once everyone was ready, it was time for Chris & Maria to share a first look! Chris had the sweetest reaction to seeing his bride-to-be for the first time and then we jumped into portraits with their pups, Dixie & Luna!
After getting a few photos of Maria & Chris, we brought out the best bridal party to hype them up and get photos with them as well! This group was so much fun to work with throughout the entire day and surrounded Maria & Chris with so much love.
After we finished with portraits, it was time to head to the ceremony! Maria & Chris got married at St. Mary of the Assumption Parish in Alexandria, KY. We were able to ride with the bridal party in the party bus to & from the church and the photos we were able to get on the drive were SO fun and some of my favorites from the day!
Once we made it back from the ceremony, we took a few more photos of Maria & Chris at Soli-Tree Farm. Even though this was originally supposed to be a time for golden hour portraits, the cloudy skies gave us moody vibes for a gorgeous blue hour instead. So dreamy! We were even able to capture the full moon!
Once we made it back up to the reception, it was time to party! Maria & Chris brought custom made sunglasses and I LOVE how fun they are in photos! We listened to the sweetest speeches, Maria & Chris cut their cake, shared a first dance together, danced with their parents, and danced the night away! Instead of doing a bouquet toss, Maria dedicated her bouquet to her mom with the sweetest speech and it was such an emotional moment, cue the tears! This entire day was an absolute dream and it was such an honor to capture such a special day for Maria & Chris!
