I've been wanting to photograph a sunflower session for YEARS now and I was SO happy when Lindsay reached out to me to book one. This field is always so crowded, but we made the trip out early one morning this past weekend and let me just say, the entire session was magical! These sunflowers are absolutely gorgeous and the love that Lindsay and Nick share is just incredible.
They decided to start their session off with their love for coffee & after taking a few shots of them with their cups, we added in their pups! Now that I'm a dog mom myself, I absolutely LOVE it when people bring their fur babies along to sessions. Enzo and Atlas were on their very best behavior throughout this session and were both so great in front of the camera! Just look at those SMILES!
I always love the lighting that sunrise sessions bring and I'm obsessed with how these sunflowers just light up the photos! I didn't think a random field of flowers could ever be so dreamy but I'm obsessed with the way that these photos turned out. The way Nick looks at Lindsay in this next photo literally just MELTS me.
Lindsay and Nick, thank you so much for trusting me document you and your love (and your fur babies!) this past weekend. I had such a blast and love that you were up for an early morning session. You guys are the best and I can't wait to work with you again in the future!
