A few months ago, Sean reached out to me and let me know that he was planning on proposing to Bella soon and wanted me to capture the moment. He decided that early December would be the perfect time of year and told Bella that they would be taking Christmas photos for their Christmas cards. This session started off like any other session by exploring the park and finding fun places to take photos. I've worked with these two quite a few times in the past so, thankfully, Bella wasn't expecting anything! Sean put so much thought into planning this session and chose this specific location because you can just about see their house from the viewpoint at this park. While planning, he said that he imagined pointing to the view across the river and talking to Bella about all the memories they've made together in their home and how special life with her is. The view from this lookout was the inspiration behind this location . . . until we had one of the only fully foggy days Cincinnati has each year. Even though you can't tell we're at a lookout point, Bella & Sean look like they're in their own world together in a cloud! Even though the view was not as planned, Bella still said yes and this ended up being such a sweet moment! Bella had the absolute SWEETEST reaction (cue the tears!) and it was truly such a genuine and intimate moment. This proposal was such an honor to photograph and my heart is bursting with happiness for these two! Congratulations, Bella & Sean! I am so excited for you two to begin this next phase of life together!!
