Ashley & Derric had a beautiful wedding day last month at The Hall in Batesville, IN. We were able to take all their wedding portraits at their family farm and it was so sweet to be back at the same place we took their engagement photos! I've been a wedding photographer for almost ten years now and it's very rare for me to have any new wedding day "firsts" these days, but for the first time ever, I was able to take a wedding day hayride! In Batesville the tradition is get on a hayride after your ceremony and ride to the liquor store. The liquor store will give you a free bottle of champagne on your wedding day and after picking it up, you just enjoy riding around town before heading back to your reception to join your family & friends! This was SO much fun and I loved being able to capture all the excitement it brought to their day! Congratulations, Ashley & Derric! I'm so happy you two are finally married!
